The Cabinet Member for Finance, Property and Transformation of Oxfordshire Council approved the completion of a Funding Agreement with Oxford Diocesan Schools Trust on 03 July 2026. This agreement releases funding to enable the construction of a new teaching block at Grove CE Primary School. ODST will be required to comply with the Public Contract Regulations 2015 and the Subsidy Control Act 2022 in selecting contractors and consultants.
