They accepted a recommendation to strengthen business monitoring and publish footfall and spend data, and partially accepted recommendations to develop mitigations for increased congestion and prepare contingency measures. The Cabinet also accepted a recommendation to ensure sufficient resources for the Best Start in Life Plan and Best Start Family Hubs.
