Purpose

The decision enables the income sharing
agreement for the Oxford Zero Emission Zone Pilot scheme to be
completed and implemented. This will enable net proceeds from the
scheme to be shared and then used to deliver schemes and measures
in accordance with the requirements of the scheme’s charging
order.
