Purpose

To
seek approval for a number of changes to the South Oxford
(Extension) CPZ which was introduced in 2022

Content

The Cabinet Member for Transport
Management APPROVED the following as advertised:

 

a)   
Change of times of operation to ‘8am to 8pm Monday to
Saturday (two hours waiting - no return in two hours for non-permit
holders)’ on: Bertie Place, Canning Crescent, Chatham Road,
Fox Crescent, John Towle Close, Lincoln Road, Monmouth Road,
Norreys Avenue, Northampton Road,
Oswestry Road, Peel Place, Sunningwell Road, Weirs Lane, and
Wytham Street,

b)   
Change of times of operation to ‘8am to 8pm Monday to Sunday
(one hour waiting - no return in one hour for non-permit
holders)’ on: Gordon Street, Green Place, Lake Street, School
Place, Stewart Street, Summerfield, Vicarage Lane, and Vicarage
Road.

c)   
Introduction of new ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ (double
yellow lines) restrictions on: Abingdon Road, Bertie Place, Canning
Crescent: Chatham Road, Fox Crescent, Green Place, Lake Street,
Northampton Road, Stewart Street, Vicarage Lane, Vicarage Road,
Weirs Lane, and Wytham Street:
