Decision

The Cabinet Member agreed:

To permit the council’s solicitors to make reasonable adjustments to the terms of the Tenancy at Will set out in the Exempt Annex to Cabinet Report MAR26/CAB/122 in so far as any changes made are to protect the council’s legal interests and to ensure the resulting tenancy does not contravene any legal precedents or commercial tenancy best practices, including the right to terminate the Tenancy at Will at any time by either party.
