The Licensing Sub-Committee (Taxis) is responsible for licensing Hackney Carriages and Private Hire Vehicles in Redditch. It also regulates licensed activities not covered by the Licensing Act 2003 or Gambling Act 2005, such as incinerators, sex shops, and pet shops. Meetings where taxi license applications and reviews are discussed are not open to the public due to the personal nature of the information considered.
