Purpose

The purpose of this report is also to set out
the procurement process and identify the recommended Supplier to be
awarded the contract for the supply of HVO fuel and seek
authorisation for contract award.
i) Supply of liquid fuel (HVO and Diesel).

Decision

RESOLVED –
that the Executive:
 
i)              
Approve the award of contract to Certas UK Ltd for the supply of 290,000 litres
(estimated) of Hydro Treated Vegetable oil for the proposed 12
months contract term as per breakdown set out in the attached
exempt Part 2 report.
ii)            
Approve the award of contract to Certas UK Ltd for the supply of 140,000 litres
(estimated) of Diesel fuel for the proposed 12 months contract term
as per breakdown set in the attached exempt Part 2 report.
