Purpose

This report provides an overview of the
council's performance for Q4 2024/25 including key performance
indicator (KPI) reporting as well as the revenue and capital
outturn for 2024/25 which includes an update on treasury management
for Q4.

Decision

RESOLVED that the
Executive RECOMMENDS to:
 
(i)            
Note the Key Performance Indicators for Q4 2024/25 as detailed
in the report and at Annex 1;
(ii)          
Note the Revenue Budget and Capital Programme provisional
outturns for Q4 2024/25 as detailed in the report and Annexes 2 and
3;
(iii)        
Note the Prudential and Treasury Management Indicators at Annex
4 and the Q4 Treasury Management Performance Update for 2024/25 at
Annex 5;
(iv)         
Note the Local Government Reorganisation Internal Programme
Dashboard at Annex 6.
