Purpose
To update the Scheme of Delegation within the
Constitution to include new delegations to officers for: (a)
Trading agreements (supply of goods and services) with public
bodies; and, (b) staircasing receipts and transactions.
Decision
RESOLVED –
that Executive agreed:
(i)
To delegate authority to officers for the transaction of
Executive business relating to staircasing transactions;
and, trading agreements (supply of goods
and services) with public bodies, as specifically set out under
Annex 1.
