The Education Capital Maintenance Programme
priorities for 2025/26 as set out in the report.

Content

RESOLVED that the
Committee: 
 
a) APPROVED New Schemes of £1.232m for the Education
Schools Condition Capital Maintenance Programme for 2025/26 as
set out in Appendix A of the report that relates to the
Children’s Services Education Estate 
 
b) DELEGATED to the Assistant Director for
Programme Management Office (PMO) following consultation with
the Lead Member for Education and Children Service
the authority to bring forward projects on the reserve list to
be included in the programme delivery for 2025/26 if funding
becomes available and to seek to identify whether funding from
non ring fenced capital grants from the
Department of Education could be reallocated to projects on the
reserve list.
