Presenting the draft Richmond Climate and
Nature Strategy 2025-2030, which provides the strategic policy
framework for Richmond's work over the next 5 years to tackle the
climate and nature emergency and reach net zero as a borough by
2043.

RESOLVED that the
committee:

APPROVE the draft Richmond upon Thames Climate and Nature
Strategy 2025-2030 (Appendix A) to go out to consultation
2. 
APPROVE the Richmond Adaptation and Resilience Strategy
(Appendix B)
3. 
APPROVE the Richmond Retrofit Strategy (Appendix C)
4. 
NOTE the report on the Richmond Community Reporters
(Appendix D)
5. 
NOTE the emissions data for Richmond Council in Section
7
6. 
NOTE the updates provided in Section 8 on progress against
the previous Richmond Climate Emergency Strategy and Action Plan
and in Appendix E
