The SSA Executive Director of Environment and
Community Services:
i) Notes the results of the public consultation outlined in
paragraph 4.1 & summary representations received in response to
the public consultation on school safety proposals for Cromwell
Road and Fairfax Road attached at APPENDIX D;
ii) In response to representations, approves amended measures for
Cromwell Road & Fairfax Road, as shown on the drawings attached
at APPENDIX C; and
iii) Re-advertisement of a Traffic Management Order under Section 6
of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to reflect these
changes
