RESOLVED: That the Adult Social
Services, Health and Housing Committee;
 
a) APPROVED the
joint procurement of Integrated Sexual Health Services across the
London Boroughs of Richmond upon Thames, Wandsworth, Merton, and
Sutton for an initial period of 5.5 years commencing 01 October
2026 until 31 March 2032, with the option of up to a 5-year
extension concluding 31 March 2037.
b) APPROVED
Richmond’s estimated total contribution over 10.5 years of
£1,239,788 (£118,075 per annum) to the estimated total
value of £50,045,867 (£4,766,273 per annum) across all
four boroughs.
c) NOTED
Wandsworth Council is the lead Authority on behalf of itself,
Richmond, Merton and Sutton Councils, and approve
entering
into an Inter-Authority Agreement (IAA) with Wandsworth Council for
this purpose.
