RESOLVED that the Transport and Air
Quality Committee:
 
 
i. 
notes the progress being made in providing and encouraging greater
use of cargo bikes.
 
ii. 
agrees to expanding the OurBike scheme
and to include non-standard cycles or mobility scooter bike
 
iii. 
agrees a new Try Before You Bike scheme once the current cap is
reached
 
iv. 
agrees to expanding the cargo bike parking bays programme to
include town centres, schools, nurseries and other
destinations.
 
v. 
agrees a Cargo Bike Fair for 2026.
 
vi. 
agrees improvements for cargo bike users along quiet routes, as
described in
paragraph 3.17
