Purpose

This report outlines the review of fees and
charges for the Leisure Division of the Resident Services
Directorate, with proposed fees for approval to apply from 1
January 2026 or as specified.

Content

RESOLVED that the the Environment, Sustainability, Culture and Sports
Committee
 
1.1  Approve the revised
level of charges as set out in Appendices A1 to A8 to this report,
with effect from 01 January 2026 and no later than 01 April 2026,
except for the revised rates for allotments which will apply from
01 October 2026.
 
1.2  Note that an
estimated additional income of £85,900 will be received in
2026/27 which will be incorporated when setting Council budgets for
2026/27.
