Purpose

To approve the Community Fund allocations
(Neighbourhood Community Infrastructure Levy – NCIL) from
round six of the grant programme.

RESOLVED:
 
The Committee is asked to:
 
a)  
Approve the recommended allocation of grants under round six of the
Community Fund as set out in Appendix A. If approved, the total of
£1,108,451 will be fully funded by Neighbourhood Community
Infrastructure Levy (NCIL) contributions.
 
b)  
Approve a positive revenue budget addition of £1,108,451in
2025/26 fully funded by NCIL contributions.
 
c)  
To delegate authority to the Assistant Chief Executive to make any
necessary final minor adjustments to amounts awarded that might
arise from ongoing discussions with the recipient
organisations.
 
d)  
Agree to open a supplementary round of the Community Fund programme
in January 2026 for Ham and Petersham
only.
 
e)  
Agree that the two applications received in the second tranche will
be fully appraised and considered within the same timescales of the
supplementary round for Ham and Petersham.
