Purpose

a)  Note the spend for the final tranche of the Household Support Fund;

b)  Approve the allocations for the first year of the Crisis and Resilience Fund;

c)  Approve a consultation to build flexibility within the current Council Tax Reduction scheme (CTR) by delegating responsibility to Full Council to make changes to income band levels; and
