Purpose

This report considers the representation
received in response to the statutory consultation for a package of
speed reduction measures on Riverside Drive and Dukes Avenue, this
follows on from a previous decision (October 2023) which outlined
the background to these proposals and detailed the results from an
informal public engagement exercise.

Services:

i) Notes the representation received as outlined in section 7.1
and
APPENDIX C.
ii) Agrees to proceed to implementation of the measures as
consulted on, albeit as a two phased approach as outlined within
the report.
