relationship with front and side garden parking

RESOLVED:
That the
Committee,
a) 
NOTED the paper considered by the Transport and Air Quality
Committee to amend the Council’s vehicle (pavement) crossover
application criteria, as set out in Appendix 1, and the decisions
of that Committee as summarised in this paper and published on the
Council’s website  - https://cabnet.richmond.gov.uk/mgAi.aspx?ID=500001750
b) CONSIDERED the
implications of recommendation a) in the context of environmental
and planning policy
c) NOTED and AGREED
the proposed amendments to the Council’s Supplementary
Planning Document (SPD) on Transport as set out in Appendix 2, to
be put forward for public consultation when the SPD is updated
d) DELEGATED
authority to the Head of Transport Strategy, in consultation with
the Chair, to consider revisions to the SPD before consultation, to
include issues including biodiversity, sustainability, and
sustainable modes of transport.
