Purpose

To provide a mid-year (Q2) update on
performance against Richmond Corporate Plan (RCP) actions and key
performance indicators (KPIs) related to this Committee’s
corporate priorities for 2023/24.

Content

RESOLVED: that the Committee:
 
a) 
noted progress on Richmond Corporate Plan actions set out in
Appendix A;
b) 
noted the Education and Children’s Services performance
against RCP key indicators in Appendix B;
c) 
considered if there was an area of performance which should be
recommended for consideration as part of the Policy and Performance
Review Board’s workplan and concluded that there was nothing
they wished to refer at this time.
