RESOLVED: that the Committee
a)
noted the outcome of the Ofsted and CQC inspection;
b)
noted the adherence to the terms of the ‘Safety Valve’
Agreement; and
c)
provided feedback on the latest draft of the updated SEND Futures
Plan.
