The Committee resolved:
 

a) 
To approve a positive capital budget addition of
£1.696m in 2023/24 and £1m in 2024/25 only to allow the
Phase 2 ramp replacements works to proceed concurrently with Phase
1 and to commence procurement of Phase 3 for the design and
pre-construction works in preparation of the bearing replacement on
Lock Cut Footbridge.
 
b) 
To note that following the completion of Phase 3, a
further budget request for Phase 4 for the bearing removal and
replacement works and costs will be required and will be submitted
to the relevant committee at the earliest opportunity in 2024, once
the extent of works and total cost has been established.
