This Committee
resolved:

a)
To note the position regarding the presence of RAAC
across council buildings including schools and
also notes work being progressed to survey Council owned
non-school buildings.

b)
That the committee approves a positive revenue
budget addition of £25,000 in 2023/24 only, funded from the
central contingency budget, to cover the outstanding cost of phase
3 reviews.

c)
That the committee further notes that should the
completion of stage 3 reviews indicate the need for more detailed
assessments and potential remedial action at stages 4 or 5, then
there will be further requests for revenue or capital funding
brought forward as appropriate.
