Purpose

This report contains the Infrastructure
Funding Statement 2022/23, which the Council is required to publish
by 31 December 2023. It details CIL and S106 receipts, allocations
and expenditure within the financial year 2022/23

Content

The Committee resolved:
 
a) 
To approve the publication on the Council’s
website of the Infrastructure Funding Statement for 2022/23, as set
out in Appendix 1.
 
b) 
To delegate to the Director of Finance, in
consultation with Finance, Policy and Resources Committee chair,
the republication of the Council’s Infrastructure Funding
Statements where modifications are required.
