RESOLVED:
a)
that the Committee noted the Annual Report for Kingston and
Richmond Safeguarding Children Partnership (KRSCP) 2022-2023;
and
b)
that the Committee request the Policy and Performance Review Board
review the Council’s current Housing Allocations Scheme to
establish if anything more can be done to prioritise housing
vulnerable families, children with SEND and those on the social
care queue (or nominated by AfC) within the borough both for
permanent and emergency temporary accommodation.
