End year 22/23 progress updates on Richmond
corporate plan (RCP) actions and KPI results plus proposals for
23/24 RCP actions and KPIs

RESOLVED:
 
That the Committee:
 
 a)
NOTE progress on Richmond Corporate Plan (RCP) actions set out in
Appendix One.
 
b) NOTE the performance against
RCP key indicators in Appendix Two.
 
c) AGREE the proposed RCP key
actions for 2023/24 set out in Appendix Three.
 
d) AGREE the proposed RCP key
indicators for 2023/24 set out in Appendix Four.
 
e) AGREE that Council be
recommended to adopt the Corporate Plan.
B.
 
f) RECOMMEND that as part of the Policy and
Performance Review Board’s workplan, it should consider
operational matters at Pools in the Park, including opening hours,
length of sessions, the balance between recreational and lane
swimming, access to recreational sessions and the booking
system.
