resolved:

 

(a) 
To agree the principle of appropriating the site
adjoining the Woodville Centre (“the Site"), shown verged in
heavy red outline on the plan attached at
Appendix 1, for planning purposes to facilitate the regeneration of
Ham Close, and;
(b) 
To delegate the authority to appropriate “the
Site” for planning purposes to the Director of Environment
and Community Services.
