RESOLVED: That the
Committee:
 

a) 
APPROVE the
Council’s guidance on social rent levels as detailed in
paragraphs 3.18 to 3.19 of this report;

b) 
APPROVE the
Council retaining its affordability criteria for intermediate
housing;

c) 
APPROVE the
use of a benchmark of £150,000 per unit when considering
applications for Housing Capital Grant, based on the wider costs of
temporary accommodation placements as detailed in paragraphs 3.30
to 3.33 of this report; and

d) 
AUTHORISE the
Director of Housing and Regeneration (in consultation with the
Director of Finance and the Head of the South London Legal
Partnership) to submit a bid to the GLA for Refugee Housing Funding
and to enter into all necessary legal
documentation on such terms as he considers reasonable to
facilitate the grant funding.
