The Committee noted that there was an exempt
report and appendix relating to the following agenda item as well
as a non-exempt report which was in the public domain. The
Committee considered whether it was necessary to discuss the detail
of the exempt report and appendix. Members concluded that it was
possible to consider the item without disclosing the exempt
information and that, as such, it was not necessary to pass a
resolution that the under Section 100A (4) of the Local Government
Act 1972, that the press and other members of the public be
excluded from the meeting while exempt elements of agenda Item 10
were considered.
