corporate plan (RCP) actions and KPIs result plus proposals for
23/24 RCP actions and KPIs

RESOLVED: That the Committee:
 
a) 
NOTE progress on
Richmond Corporate Plan (RCP) actions set out in Appendix
One;

b) 
NOTE the performance
against RCP key indicators in Appendix Two;

c) 
AGREE the proposed RCP
key actions for 2023/24 set out in Appendix Three;

d) 
AGREE the proposed RCP
key indicators for 2023/24 set out in Appendix Four;

e) 
AGREE that Council be
recommended to adopt the Corporate Plan; and

f) 
CONSIDER if there is an area of
performance which should be recommended for consideration as part
of the Policy and Performance Review Board’s
workplan.
