To consider proposals for implementing Family
Hubs.

Content

RESOLVED that the committee:
 
a) 
agreed the vision, design principles and delivery model for Family
Hubs in Richmond upon Thames;
b) 
agreed that a phased, test-and-learn approach is used to develop
Family Hubs and that a pilot Family Hub is developed in Hampton at
the White House.
c) 
agreed to start statutory consultation on changes to the provision
at Tangley Park Children’s Centre and the Norman Jackson
Centre to create the pilot Family Hub;
d) 
agreed to consult on changes to provision at the Hampton Youth
Project to create the pilot Family Hub.
