End year 22/23 progress updates on Richmond
corporate plan (RCP) actions and KPI results plus proposals for
23/24 RCP actions and KPIs

Content

RESOLVED that the Committee:
 
a) 
noted progress on Richmond Corporate Plan (RCP) actions set out in
Appendix One;
b) 
noted the performance against RCP key indicators in Appendix
Two;
c) 
agreed the proposed RCP key actions for 2023/24 set out in Appendix
Three;
d) 
agreed the proposed RCP key indicators for 2023/24 set out in
Appendix Four;
e) 
agreed that Council be recommended to adopt the Corporate Plan;
f) 
considered if there is an area of performance which should be
recommended for consideration as part of the Policy and Performance
Review Board’s workplan and agreed that there was nothing
they wished to refer at this stage.
