Purpose

To agree the content of the HDT Action Plan
which identifies the reasons for housing under-delivery, explore
ways to reduce the risk of further under-delivery and sets out
measures the authority intends to take to improve levels of
delivery.

RESOLVED: 
That the committee,
1. 
Agree the content of
the Housing Delivery Test Action Plan attached at Appendix 1 for
publication.
 
2. 
Agree to delegate
authority to the Head of Spatial Planning, in consultation with the
Chair of the Environment, Sustainability, Culture and Sports
Committee, to agree the final publication version of the Housing
Delivery Test Action Plan.
