Purpose

To provide a progress update on Richmond
Corporate Plan (RCP) actions and performance against key
performance indicators (KPIs) related to this Committee’s
corporate priorities for 2023/24. Proposals for RCP actions and key
indicators for 2024/25 will also be included in this report for
scrutiny.

RESOLVED: That the Committee:
 
a) 
NOTED progress on
Richmond Corporate Plan (RCP) actions set out in Appendix
1. 
b) 
NOTED the performance
against RCP key indicators in Appendix 2. 
c) 
AGREED the proposed RCP
key actions for 2023/24 set out in Appendix 3. 
d) 
AGREED the proposed RCP
key indicators for 2023/24 set out in Appendix 4. 
e) 
AGREED that there were
no areas of performance which would be recommended for
consideration as part of the Policy and Performance Review
Board’s workplan.
