Purpose

To seek approval to provide a new pathway and
hardstanding across an extended area of grass verge to provide
access to a disabled bay for use by a wheelchair user.

Content

The SSA Executive Director of Environment and
Community Services:

i) Notes the circumstances around this request as outlined in
Section 3 of the report.
ii) Agrees to the removal of grass verge for the purposes of
dedicated hard-standing access to a marked disabled bay, as
outlined on the drawing in APPENDIX A.
