About

The Planning Committee is responsible for making decisions on applications for planning permission, listed building consent, conservation area consent, and tree preservation and planting. It also handles strategic highway and transportation issues within the Rother council area. The committee comprises 10 councillors and meets monthly, except in August. Members of the public can address the committee during meetings, subject to specific procedures.
