RESOLVED
 
That the Planning Committee authorises the
Head of Planning :
 
To approve the application subject to the
completion of a legal agreement, the resolution of the Certificate
B and the planning conditions as set out in section 12 of this
report.
 
And subject the planning conditions 1-15 (and
Informatives) in the report
 
To refuse planning permission at the
discretion of the Corporate Head of Planning, Economy & Built
Environment should the S106 agreement not progress to his
satisfaction
