The Cabinet, composed of seven councillors including the Leader and Deputy Leader(s), holds collective responsibility for its decisions. Individual members oversee specific service groups (portfolios) aligned with the Council's strategic objectives, sometimes sharing responsibility with officers. The Cabinet reflects the Council's political leadership.
