Salford City Council - Record of Decision
Title: Lease Renewal of Unit H Modewheel Industrial Estate,
Mode Wheel Road, Salford
I, Councillor Jack Youd, Deputy City Mayor and
Lead Member for Finance, Support Services and Regeneration , in
exercise of the powers contained within the City Council’s
constitution do hereby;
Approve the provisionally agreed
heads of terms for the lease renewal of Unit H Modewheel Industrial Estate, Mode Wheel Road,
Salford on the provisionally agreed terms. The annual rent will be
funded by the Gritting Service which is held under the Highways
Directorate.
Authorise the Shared Legal Service
to progress and complete the associated legal formalities and the
taking of all steps required to give effect to the above
recommendation.
The Reasons are to allow Salford City Council
to deliver a service that is necessary for the local highways
network.
