Approval  to award the Salford Handyperson Service with a potential capital cost of up to £300,0000 per annum to Dasco LTD (£900,000). The reasons are Dasco LTD  scored the highest overall score when Quality, Price and Social Value were assessed and therefore had the most economically advantageous tender (MEAT).
