delivery.

A robust community and place-based approach to
service delivery and vision to improve children health and
wellbeing.

were: Not to award the
contract.
 
Assessment of Risk: Medium
The incumbent provider has
delivered the Healthy Child Programme for over a decade, therefore
there will be multiple known and unknown interdependencies with
other health services that will need to be risk assessed and
managed.
 
The source of funding
is: Public Health
Grant.
