project property on the Leasehold title.

(2)
Approve the registration of a title restriction* (or caution
against first registration if the freehold is unregistered) against
the project property on the Councils freehold
title.

*Both
the charge and restriction will be in favour of the Football
Foundation.

The Reasons are:

Pavilion in Albert Park. Broughton since 2004, providing a much

Working with Council officers Alberts
have been able to attract significant external funding to enable
