I Paul Dennett, City Mayor, in exercise of the powers contained within the City
Council Constitution do hereby
approve:
The strategy
to secure care and accommodation for a vulnerable adult leaving
hospital care. Cabinet has been
provided with all relevant information, including financial
information.
It is not
appropriate to include the vulnerable adult’s name, the
details of the accommodation, or the details of care and support
provided in the record of decision. The
report to Cabinet was Part 2 and the information contained in it is
not available to the public.
