The reasons are:
To provide continuity of the
design and business case from the concept / Strategic Outline
Business Case stage into the development and production of Full
Business Case stages.

Medium – The costs for
fees to develop the Peel Green Active Travel Scheme to Full
Business Case stage will be funded from the City Regions
Sustainable Transport Settlement as approved by GM Bee Network
Committee in September 2023.
The source of funding
is:
City Regions Sustainable Transport Settlement (CRSTS).
Legal advice obtained: Tony Hatton/ Kathryn Saldana.
