TITLE: HIGHWAYS ACT
1980: DEVELOPMENT FEES
 
I, Councillor Kelly, Deputy
City Mayor, in exercise of the powers contained within the City
Council’s constitution do hereby approve the fees
charged for development works on new and existing Highways to
facilitate Section 38 and Section 278 Agreements, be increased from
8% to 9%.
 
The Reasons are the
fees have not been increased since 2012
