contained within the City Council Constitution do hereby
approve:

the recommendations
for implementation, included within ROSPA independent review of
water safety at Salford Quays report.
The Reasons are:
In
order for Salford City Council to meet it statutory obligations of
duty of care in relation to land owned and managed by Salford City
Council.
Options considered and rejected were:
To not
accept the recommendations.
