Title: New Lease of the Carpark to the Rear of the Former Crescent Police Station

I, Councillor Mike McCusker, Deputy City Mayor and Lead Member for Planning, Transport, Sustainable Development and Regeneration, in exercise of the powers contained within the City Council’s constitution do hereby;

  1. Approve the provisionally agreed heads of terms for the New Lease of the Carpark to the Rear of the Former Crescent Police Station.
  1. Authorise the Shared Legal Service to progress and complete the associated legal formalities and the taking of all steps required to give effect to the above recommendation.

The Reasons are for the City Council to deliver a service that is necessary for the local highways network.
