powers contained within the City Council constitution do hereby approve the proposed programmes of work as
detailed in  the Highways Investment
Programme (HIP) for 2024/25
The
Reasons are to facilitate
continuous improvement of the highway infrastructure as part of the
defined Network Recovery Plan as part of the ongoing rolling
programme of repair works
Options considered and rejected: none
 
Assessment of Risk: Low - The targeted spend
of available funding will ensure that the City Council’s
statutory obligations are met while at the same time facilitating
continuous improvement of the highway infrastructure.
