Salford City Council - Record of Decision (Cabinet)

I Paul Dennett, City Mayor, in exercise of the powers contained within the City Council Constitution do hereby approve:

Approve increases in capital programme budget in relation to:

  • £19.530m of additional reprofiling from 2023/24 to 2024/25.
  • Increase in Housing Strategy programme of £2.004m due to the deferral of Kara Street loan facility agreement between the Council and Derive RP (Registered Providers) Limited from late March to early April.

The approved programme as per the 2024/25 budget was £127.608m.  This decision includes reprofiling of underspend at year end 2023/24.

Key budgetary control risks have been identified including forecast variances and risk levels associated with the realisation of savings proposals.
