About

The Resources & Delivering Value Scrutiny Board provides overview and scrutiny of issues related to managing demand and expectations for public services, as carried out by the Cabinet and the Portfolio Holder for Resources.

This board manages the overview and scrutiny function by approving the annual work programme, determining responsibility for issues that span multiple scrutiny boards, and managing referrals to the Cabinet. It also considers the final annual budget proposals and scrutinises the Council Plan.

Key areas of focus include the transformation programme, delivering savings, asset masterplan, workforce strategy, digital transformation, and procurement.
